Filamon welcomes Professor Lyndell Lim as Special Advisor to its Ophthalmology Scientific Advisory Board.

Professor Lim is a distinguished ophthalmologist specialising in uveitis and medical retina. She is Head of Uveitis and Retinal Vascular Disease Research at the Centre for Eye Research Australia (CERA) and Chief Medical Officer of Cerulea Clinical Trials.

Professor Lim has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and seven book chapters, with research focused on ocular inflammatory diseases, diabetic retinopathy and the development of new treatments to improve patient outcomes.

Her appointment further strengthens Filamon’s position as an Australian drug development company focused on next-generation anti-inflammatory drugs for age-related chronic inflammatory diseases.
